We start at the table, not the demo. Before anything comes out, we map how you move through the room, where the light falls, and what is worth keeping. That plan is what keeps a kitchen project on schedule once the work starts.
Because we design and build in house, the people drawing the layout are the same people running the job. Nothing gets lost in a handoff, and Assi stays accountable for the work from start to finish.

- How long does a kitchen remodel take in the East Bay?
- Most full kitchen remodels run eight to twelve weeks on site once permits are in hand. Moving walls or relocating plumbing and gas adds time. We give you a real schedule before we start, not a guess.
- Do I need a permit to remodel my kitchen?
- If you are moving plumbing, gas, or electrical, or changing the structure, yes. We pull the permits and handle inspections so the work is on record and clean at resale.
- Can you work with my designer or architect?
- Yes. We build plenty of kitchens designed by others, and we also design and build the whole thing in house. Either way works.
